The National System of Youth and Children’s Orchestras and Choirs of Venezuela constitutes a social work of the Venezuelan State dedicated to the pedagogical, occupational and ethical rescue of children and youth, through instruction and the collective practice of music, dedicated to training, prevention and recovery of the most vulnerable groups in the country, both due to their age characteristics and their socioeconomic situation.
